The Issues
Wyoming's challenges deserve straightforward answers. Here's where Rebecca stands, plain and simple.
Defend Our God-Given Rights
Our rights come from God. Government exists to protect them, not grant them.
Wyoming stands strongest when free people unite around enduring truths: our rights come from God, the government exists to protect those rights, and public servants must answer to the people.
Rebecca is a unifying candidate because she is calling Wyoming back to the principles that built this state and still bind conservatives together: faith, family, freedom, and a shared personal responsibility to our constitutional form of government. The Constitution does not create our rights. It recognizes them, restrains government, and reminds every officeholder that liberty belongs to the people.
As Governor, Rebecca will bring principled leadership to the work of defending the right to keep and bear arms, protecting innocent life, safeguarding freedom of speech and religious liberty, upholding private property and due process, and strengthening the authority of parents to guide the upbringing and education of their children. She will oppose mandates, censorship, unlawful searches, and every effort, from Washington or Cheyenne, to weaken the liberties entrusted to us.
Rebecca's campaign is about uniting conservatives, whether constitutional conservatives, Republicans, independents, and liberty-minded citizens, working together around the promise of self-government. As Governor, she will appoint principled leaders, veto bills that infringe on our freedoms, and fight federal agencies that exceed their authority, so Wyoming remains a place where people are free to worship, speak, work, raise their families, and defend themselves.
Defend Wyoming's Sovereignty
Wyoming's future should be shaped by Wyoming, not distant bureaucrats in Washington.
Wyoming's future should be shaped by the people who live here, work here, raise families here, and love this state, not by distant bureaucrats, outside interests, or policies imposed without the consent of Wyoming citizens.
As a unifying candidate, Rebecca believes Wyoming can stand firm on sovereignty while speaking clearly to the hopes of working families, taxpayers, ranchers, energy workers, veterans, small-business owners, and parents who want safe communities and accountable government. As Governor, she will withdraw Wyoming from the federal refugee resettlement program initiated under Governor Matt Mead and end any policy that allows illegal immigrants to obtain Wyoming driver's licenses.
State resources and taxpayer-funded benefits should be protected for American citizens and those legally present in our country. Rebecca will defend Wyoming's right to govern itself, build common ground among citizens who value law and order, and refuse to surrender our state's authority to Washington.
Unleash Wyoming Energy
Wyoming powers America, and Wyoming energy jobs deserve a governor who fights for them.
Wyoming powers America, and when Wyoming energy is strong, families, workers, communities, and the nation are stronger. Our coal, oil, natural gas, uranium, and critical minerals support good-paying jobs, strengthen local economies, and help free America from dependence on foreign countries that do not share our values or interests.
Rebecca will unite conservatives around an energy future rooted in common sense, responsible stewardship, innovation, and work. As Governor, she will defend Wyoming energy workers and producers against radical green agendas, politically motivated regulations, and politicians who would sacrifice our jobs, revenue, and independence to please the environmental left.
America should never depend on foreign adversaries for the energy and critical minerals needed to power our homes, businesses, military, and economy. Wyoming can lead the way toward American energy dominance, and Rebecca will bring people together to put Wyoming workers, Wyoming families, and Wyoming resources first.
Defend Our Right to Keep and Bear Arms
A heritage, not just a political issue, that Rebecca will defend without exception.
The right to keep and bear arms is more than a political issue in Wyoming. It is part of our heritage, our independence, and our duty to protect our families, our communities, and our liberty.
Rebecca is a unifying candidate for every law-abiding Wyoming citizen who believes freedom must be defended with courage and responsibility. She will oppose unconstitutional gun-control mandates, firearm registries, red-flag laws that deny due process, and federal efforts to restrict the rights of responsible citizens.
The government did not give us the right to bear arms, and government has no authority to take it away. Rebecca will stand with hunters, ranchers, veterans, sportsmen, homeowners, and families who understand that constitutional rights are preserved when good citizens have the courage to defend them.
Protect Property Owners and Deliver Real Tax Reform
Property belongs to you, not the government. Rebecca will fight to keep it that way.
The right to own a home, farm, ranch, or small business should never be threatened by a property-tax bill that grows faster than a family's ability to pay it. Wyoming citizens should not be taxed out of property they worked a lifetime to own simply because its assessed value increased on paper.
As Governor, Rebecca will fight for meaningful, permanent property-tax reform that protects homeowners, provides greater certainty, and holds the government accountable for how taxpayer dollars are spent. She will support limits on excessive assessment increases, strengthen protections for homeowners, and demand that local governments control spending before asking taxpayers for more.
Rebecca knows that property belongs to you, not the government. She will work to ensure Wyoming remains a place where families and seniors can afford to buy a home, keep their land, and pass what they built to the next generation.
